Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Certain items, such as personal care products, intimate wear, or customized items, may not be eligible for returns for hygiene or personalization reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email us at sales@melloluve.com with your order number and reason for the return. Attach photos of the item if applicable.
  2. Approval:
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Pack the item securely and send it back to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Shipping fees and any additional charges (e.g., customs duties) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Perishable goods

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Mello Luve is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
